We are looking to build a maintenance team for the commonwealth state as well as all surrounding cities of New Jersey, Delaware, Baltimore Florida, Massachusetts and Ohio.

The project involves 36 homes currently remodeled and we’re hoping to find a replacement contractor to handle all cleaning related projects for these 36 homes.

First hand, we’d like to have

a temporary contract to run 8 weeks after which we can decide to have a longer contract drawn if we are able to get the best service possible alongside a great deal in terms of quality, reliability and maintenance costs.

Project is considered to commence the 13th of January 2025 and run through to March 3rd.
